Please note that inquiries are received Monday through Thursday from 9am to 5pm and are addressed within 1 business day of the service, except on holidays. 

 

If your concern about your pet is urgent, please call the hospital directly at 415-456-7372.  If you need a refill, please give at least 48 hours(normal service days) to have this done.  We have emergency veterinarians on staff 24/7 to perform examinations and assessments.

 

Veterinarians may also fill out this form on behalf of their patients or may contact the specialist directly to discuss a referral case. 

 

For non-urgent concerns, if you do not hear from us within 48 hours, please call PESCM at 415-456-7372. 

 

Please note that if your pet has not been seen within one year, our veterinarians are not legally allowed to refill the medication.  (However, another veterinarian who has seen your pet may be able to refill through their facility).
